Sales Order Management
Place Sales orders, Manage the orders, and Track Order Status. Order management is simply the process of efficiently tracking and fulfilling sales orders. It includes the cycle of people, processes, and suppliers to create a positive customer experience. Sales departments give notification to the Dispatch department to fulfill the order, and the order is then shipped to the customer.
Sales Team Management
Sales Team Management allows you to maintain your sales team hierarchy based on your organization structure. The system allows you to assign Monthly/Quarterly targets to an individual salesperson and then calculates the incentives as per the predefined criteria. The Salesperson can be assigned to a particular channel partner and can be tracked based on his/her order activities.
Accounting & Dispatch Management
After placing the Sales Order, the Dispatch team can manage the whole dispatch and courier tracking through their dedicated web panel. The whole sales order data summarises the ordered quantity that will be shown to the production department. Based on that data, Production dept. undertakes the manufacturing activity.
The Accounting department can track the payment activity of a particular channel partner or an order. Thus, they can manage the Half-paid, Full-paid, Payment OnHold status for a channel partner.
